Frontend Developer
I build responsive, production-ready interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. I work with clients and build things on the side to keep learning. Based in Sydney, Australia.
I'm a frontend developer with around four years of production experience, currently splitting my time between contract client work and actively interviewing for frontend roles in the Australian market.
I enjoy building interfaces that work well in the real world, not just in a design file. That means dealing with tight deadlines, changing content, handing projects over to non-technical clients, and fixing the little edge cases that tend to appear once a site is live. For me, the way a project is built and handed over is just as important as how it looks.
Outside of client work, I spend time on personal projects and algorithm practice. There’s no deadline with those projects. I usually just pick something I want to improve or a problem I want to figure out.
Professional and client engagements — real briefs, real stakeholders, real deadlines.
End-to-end site build for a Psychology practice, from platform selection through to launch.
Self-directed builds — where I test ideas, practice patterns, and learn things client work doesn't always call for.

A cryptocurrency tracker consuming a live market data API, with sorting and search.
A movie browsing app focused on layout, componentisation, and dynamic data rendering.
A companion movie discovery project exploring card-based UI and filtering.
An interior/furniture concept storefront built to practice e-commerce-style layouts.
A from-scratch Tetris build — game loop, collision detection, and keyboard state handling.
